I visited Đà Lạt to photograph the growers and the environments in which they work, from extensive
modern poly-greenhouses to smaller, locally adapted structures. Inside, rows of flowers and plants are
carefully cultivated, with growers working through the different stages of planting, tending and
harvesting.
The scale and variety of the greenhouses reflect the changing nature of agriculture in the region.
Traditional knowledge and hands-on approaches sit alongside increasingly sophisticated methods of
cultivation, technology and climate control.
It was a great experience to gain access to these environments and spend time photographing the people
who work within them.
