Accredited Course news: Manchester Metropolitan University's
BA (Hons) Photography
We are very pleased to welcome Manchester Metropolitan University's BA (Hons)
Photography course as a new Accredited Course member. Housed under the
School of Digital Arts (SODA), a new £35M investment into specialist spaces by the
University, the course focuses on photography as an expanded practice, bringing
together other creative disciplines, and is heavily practice-based.

We have just launched a global open call for images that reveal how health is experienced, represented and
understood. Open to everyone, everywhere and free to enter, the WellcomePhotography Prize welcomes work
exploring everything from urgent health challenges to scientific discovery. As the prize approaches its 30th
anniversary next year, it continues to champion powerful visual storytelling that explores the relationship
between health, science and human experience around the world.
